Please don't say you're perfect
As you put me in my place
You know we're getting nowhere
While moving at this pace
Aren't we all just falling?
You know there's promise in your face
But I think that if you're dying,
You're doing it with grace.

A message to a friend? Trying to warn a mate of self-destruction? Whatever it is, it caught my attention; sometimes I feel like I've said this before; deja vu perhaps? Ha. Anyway, I like this, I like that it's short but says enough.
