There is no date betwen Time and Death

Full-ness ... Plastered to a chair.
Messes ... Not so much time for them there.
Gunshots rang ... exploded silently the head
All the pieces of the brain ... lay now on the ground dead.

Deranged there in the deep
As a life trip of unknown shit turns.
Intrusive fits of falling darkness burns.

"Here comes the train" they said.
"Quick! Drown him in the water there instead."

That was when the moment reared
up ... that minute when the black robe appeared,
and took the dark skinned man away.

Flashing lights up and down
reflecting off pools of water puddles round.
Exactly there after a phone call was made by some anonymous anonymous.
The detective wondered
Sat for a moment kissing his phone in sweet dread.
"How could someone do this" he said.

All the while ... messes pour out across town
not a brief 1/2 hour away down town,
a man began to rape the old lady no-one knew
With not one thought that maybe he should be doing something new
instead' ... but no ... the police was meant to ketch this foul man
of age 22.
But the poor women lay there dead,
and the rapist half drank whisky bottle
lay in a puddle of emptied blood
as the black robe came take her away.

And .. not just above.
a heart attack tricked a man,
and down the road, a girl fell down the stairs.

Could this be Gods plan?

In the house next door
Fake-facts brewed the mind of John Miller Coup,
His plan was to poison the soup.
And the black robe was there to take his wife
on a winding dark road of strife.

Every line is brimming with passion and feeling... it's hard to tell what that feeling is when it's so extreme, but what I do know is that you've used it incredibly well in terms of putting emotion in poem form.
A horrifying subject dealt with artistically and passionately. The last two lines are very effective - good choice.

    Well done!
