Still missing your loving, and heart rendering touch
Why was it you went away, suddenly with no warning?
Leaving me craving you in dreams, leaving emptiness.
I stumble into the next wandering morning, waking
Tracing steps we once shared daily, going nowhere,
All the breath in me sucked away remembering you
When we met, sending me sensations to places unknown to me
Times like when we first became first, the best of friends
You desiring me as the person who, you wanted as partner
Truly love from the heart shined, brightly within ourselves.
Releasing feelings though through fate I'm left alone
I know I still feel your spirit, within my inner soul
Reminding me what, everlasting love does to one heart.
No one since your departure from this plane in time
Can take away what I felt for you deep inside, locked up.
Wishes that never will be seen through our togetherness
I know you are still watching over me, guiding my path,
Knowing you once pleaded for the life of your daughter.
With the help of a spiritual being, answering prayers
Warming engulfs my body with the knowledge, you still live.
