I'm a bird
In a tree
Chirping softly
Just to me
I'm a hare
With ears so sharp
Listening miles away
To the sound of harp
I'm the moon
I'm so shy
When the sun comes
I just scurry by
I'm a flower
A pretty face
Stunning everyone
In my daze
I'm the sun
I'm ablaze
Bringing happiness (and sweat)
To every face
I'm just me
That's who I am
A foolish poet
With thunderous fame.
