This is actually quite a good piece you have here. I would suggest changing "casting" to "casts" and I would remove the period after viewed and make it a comman instead. A lovely piece here.

Ah yes, it's so important to cast away the anguish when the time for it is gone. Unfortunately, hindsight, as you point out, is often the only way we have clear enough vision to do so.
