Loving me to death
You won’t let me rest
Giving me blood stained flowers
Splattered on by gunshot showers
The lives of so many on display
As they bled crimson rain
Are you happy now
That I stopped asking how
And just accept everything you say
But at the end of every day
I will remember those blood stained petals
Once white now marked as the blood settles

Good rhyme, good flow, good imagery. All in all a very good piece. Thanks for entering my contest!

Beautiful
This is wonderful. Everything about it seams to work so well together, and the visuals are so intense. I love everything about this poem. Well done.

This is a morbidly pretty poem. I love these lines 'But at the end of every day
I will remember those blood stained petals
Once white now marked as the blood settles' and 'Giving me blood stained flowers
Splattered on by gunshot showers
The lives of so many on display
As they bled crimson rain', awesome work.
