Tainted Universe

Happily content,
in the secret solitude,
of a parallel universe,
far away from reality,
Uh-uh vertigo,
I believe tis' near the end of my month old fun,
least expected bigmouth finds where I reside,
I had a life there that I now must hide,
tears fall down my cheeks,
as I think,
Reality is just no fun,
the days you hide it,
and the times you find it,
is like the ying and yang of the time of your life,
A new search with a new friend I keep,
so tempting to drink,
this secret and hidden bottle of ecstacy,
that lies in the darkness,
so bold it lights up anything,
A spot of depression is lying on my heart,
a weight so heavy,
it's so hard to bear,
A fake smile spreads correctly on my face,
as I sit around waiting,
until the end of today.
