The same way you made me cry.
I'm wishing for revenge,
Even after all this time.
I want to break your heart,
The way you tore mine to pieces.
I'm saying this to get it out,
To let the world know what you've done.
And now that I've had my piece of anger,
I'll leave you to your life.

I stil feel that way about some ex's even though it's been years.

It's funny how even after someone has hurt us so bad, we can still have feelings for them and can't seem to let them go.
I love these lines though, because they show getting past all of that and finding closure:
And now that I've had my piece of anger,
I'll leave you to your life.
It is a perfect ending to the poem.
