She sighed under umbrellaed skies,
quickly growing restless of
the disdain for ingenuity
that engulfed the biodome
of socialite circles.
Yearning for rebellion and
quoting Frost under hasty
breath,
she screamed lust in her
skin, drew fire with aching
muscles, and manipulated edict
with honey dew colored eyes.
Crossing invisible barriers with
reckless attentiveness, she
felt accomplished as prestige
faded into whispers and sideway glances.
Unadulterated feminity flowed from toes
to fingertips.
Fire and ice invigorated old
souls; distinct and different
all at once.

This is a delightful poem to chew upon!
LIke the best of steaks, flavorful and perfectly grilled,
you just want to read it and read it and enjoy the
many flavors within each line and verse.
I truly enjoyed this feast of a poem!
ears/welcome back!
