"My Hell"

"lay perfectly still"
she stares at the ceiling
as the gurney moves into the machine
and takes pictures of her brain

"how does that make you feel?"
she wont make eye contact
as the psychiatrist asks her questions
and makes her draw stupid pictures

"hold her down"
she writhes and screams on the table
as they pin her down so she cant move
and stick wires all over her body

"come to my office for lunch"
she hides in the bathroom
as the school psychiatrist waits for her
and wishes she could dissappear

"they are here to observe"
she yells at them to get out
as they take notes on her behavior
and watch everything she does

"take your pills"
she refuses to swallow her prescription
as they hold out the pills and cup
and wait to watch her consume them

"Ally, where are you?"
she refuses to come home
as they search for her all night
and wonder what they did wrong

"I'm gone"
shes gone
