She's walking down
empty streets.
Her Ipod blaring[stupid girl]
so she can block out
every short coming event near-by.
It's beginning to rain
as it quickly soaks her once flowing hair
to a cascading waterfall
across her back
where her clothes now stick
and cling to the rest of her body.
Glitter && mascara
are slipping from her eyes
as her mind spins into tomorrow.
Her body is beginning to resist
this physical strain
but she keeps on walking
towards the one who now
somehow stole her blocked heart.
She's trying to reach out
but she can't seem to find him tonight.
So she keeps moving forward
fighting every side step
and each pull for toxic cigarette smoke.
No one can tell she's crying
with the rain hiding the vacancies he's creating.
She needs his touch
and his careful words caressing her skin
as it slides over her like
the rain pouring down.
She can't find his open door
to walk completely through
there's a sheet of glass holding her back
from all that will always be right.
This is her life now
where she's hopelessly in love
with a boy so far away
and all these continuing let downs
where she's relying on him
to carry her home
[whats wrong with my life today]
she cries as she finally collapses
into some restless oblivion
intoxicated and soaked in tears.

no it's not about nick.
nick and i split up a while ago. it just kind of slipped my mind because it was so awful that i had to block it out.
but this boy, i fell for him so quickly. i thought i loved him.
but we don't mean a thing.
he left me sweetie because he couldn't handle me and all i will always be.
