You smile like you know me,
Psycho-analyzing,
You insult my confidence
like I didn't build it up myself.
I've turned my world upside down and inside out.
Turned self doubt to love
and words of hate faded, and forgiven.
I believe in the power of suggestion,
and what you don't realise is
I believe you every-time you put me down.
It's enough to start the chain again....
Enough to make me fight again.

That's the Spirit!
Nothing makes me more determined than a doubter. Its like showing them that they are wrong about you. Looking for acceptance in the wrong places can really screw with my head. Good on ya, for penning down the frustrations of the not-so-confident!
