Mistaken

Lights glitter, like stars in the sky.
Eyes of strangers, only pass me by.
And here I am, just waiting. Waiting to.

DIE

Cold and Shaken.
Alone and Mistaken
Mistaken for some one
Worth Nothing At All.

I know I said I'd stop
And that I'd get to the top.
But it's so hard to quit
When you're addic-ted-ted-ted-ted-ted-ted-ted to it.

All the lights, glitter like stars.
Eyes of stranger, race by like cars.
And here I am, just waiting. Waiting to.

DIE

Cold and Shaken.
Alone and Mistaken
Mistaken for some one
Worth Nothing At All.

And Here I go again.
I guess I'm just, trying to stop the pain.
Maybe I'm just, running away.
Away from everything I did today.

All the lights, keep growing darker.
And all the eyes, keep moving faster.
And here I am, still waiting. Waiting to DIE

Cold and Shaken.
Alone and Mistaken
Mistaken for some one
Worth Nothing At All.

This is a really good peom, KUDOS! I know I've talked to you a few times in GOATS but I never really took the time to look at your poetry...
    Very well written!

Good luck with the band...these lyrics will be perfect for it.
