Seasons

Myriad fingers
Lace a greying sky
The world bears witness
As again, I die
My emerald tears
Brace the subtle earth
A million voices
Will forget my worth
For he is the darkness
Inevitable fate
I must watch in silence
As beauty is raped

    a real thought provoking poem

i feel the emotions in the poem, and feel the use of the word rape is the authors way of expressing their feelings about the change of seasons and i would say that without change all things die, so change is necassery and inevitable. but always remember the seasons come back again. but overall a real thought provoking emotional poem. I feel the title is vague, seasons what ??, the last line is evocative but i believe i covered it earlier.
