She dropped words on the sidewalk
thinking you may follow them
& come back to her doorstep

the rain started to fall so hard
it cracked her cheeks
causing the pieces to fall so conspicuously everywhere.

then, the boy finally knocked on the door
as she appeared in the distance
suddenly, there were cotton candy clouds
& circus clowns singing in the purple rain
[as she jumped into his arms, taking in his every smile line across his beautiful, handsome face.]

Smearing lipstick across the windows
& screaming at the top of their lungs
This is it, here it is, here’s what they’ve always wanted
[lying in the back seat, kissing each & every part of the human anatomy, & sinking into a world that was never explored before]

they held each other's hands
& the radio blared of The Beatles
[as their bodies stuck together, breathing started to increase
lips parting, causing innocence to release]

they looked up to the sky, humming harmoniously
& laid in the grass, downing the constellations like tiny white pills
Breathing in the scents of the world turning around,
they fell into each other's eyes, knowing love was all they'd ever need♥

Love the visual images and the way you blend your words with that of The Beatles (in one of my favorite Beatles songs). Really creative and inspiring.
