Mouse in a maze
No light to find my way
Nightmare craze
and no sign of day.
The sun disapeared
and chance took his place
One date I had fear
that i would forget his face.
With life, love and something strange
smiles became real
I flew out of my cage
and became something to feel.
Dedication and thrill
my taste for abuse vanished
I should have sent him the bill
because my infection was finished.
My loves' kisses sent me staggering
my feet carried me into real love.
No longer was my heart haggling
for I have found my haven above.
Tears are free
Flowers do smell so sweet
Hope accompanys me
for I am true and will remain to be.
