Frozen In Time

Decades of growth,flowering bushes

blossoms of a a lifetime behind me

beauty of aging, satisfaction gauranteed

labor of love, fertilizing lovingly.

               ~~

Balancing season of warmth and rain

will bring back anew that died late last spring

decayed bark and brush, look at all leaves

that sprang, earlier so I can bring out my

new buds, to share with all, and continue

this time every year ...

Paint a portrait of me to last through your

family history... blooming forever in

victorian frames fresh scented aroma

in all memories to treasure...
