I want to write something that I can be proud of
Something with a flare
I want it to change the world
Then maybe you would care
But here I am
Writing the same poem again
Searching for something to fill the hole
I’m searching for a friend
You can’t imagine the emptiness I feel
I’m so sick of being alone
I would have ended it long ago
If only I would have known
I look at myself in the mirror
I hate what I’ve become
This person staring back at me
Emotionless and numb
