A girl

She was lonely,
Oh she was so sad,
She tried hard to win,
But she never had.

He came into her life,
And turned her world around,
Now she smiles and laughs,
And her frowns can't be found.

She was afraid,
But he held her hand,
She was broken,
But he helped her to stand.

And when he kissed her,
Stars exploded in the sky,
Yes, when he kissed her,
She flew up high.

    A nice and romantic write. It reminds me of a teenager daydreaming...not even just a teenager,any young lady daydreaming about a crush. Nice writing.

    Another love themed poem, and why not! My favourite stanza was 3, to be honest I thought the ending was a little - erm- OTT but in the end I am just an old romantic a heart.
