Silence weighs heavy.
Only transparent
entities see
the emotional battle
lingering on each tremble.
Bordering my shadow
flora dances.
Emanating aromatic serenity,
it seems,
just for me.
Shallow breathing
turns deep.
Inhaling the solitude,
calming the fluid echo
of my own heart.
Serenading this
forced reflection,
a current seems to hum
in sync
with my single drum.
