Holiday in Laguardia

I had been to school
For a year or two
At the university of Sudan
Then I crossed the sea
To get my P.H.D.
To come to the promised land

I could tell I was fucked
When the flight really sucked
But I made it through the first trip
So I went to try
For my connector flight
But damn did  I ever get jipped.

They said that I had just been

I was playing Holiday in Cambodia on Guitar Hero the other day and the line "It's a holiday in Laguardia" just popped into my head. Then I saw this contest today and decided to elaborate on my original idea for the parody. If by chance you've never heard the song. The original lyrics are here:
