Methylated spirit vapour
Rises venomously
Contorting
Into snake like shapes
As it enters your brain
And vacuums your life away
I see you through a charcoal veil
As you seek my guidance
Abandoned and lost
You transmit your plight
As our thoughts meet
The poisoned snake
That took you
Ruthlessly holds on
With a merciless grip
Nowhere man
You lost the key
Cannot find the elevator
Allow me to lead you
To liberating light
My gift is this
To eliminate darkness
With ideas
I think it and it is
So darkness fades
Gratitude wells
As I wonder
At the marvel
That you chose me
To show you the way
Robert rise up
Discover your place
Be at peace
For love holds you
Author notes
Several weeks after he died Robert came to me in my room and communicated that he was stuck somewhere. I led him to the light. The curious thing is how did he know I could do that? If anyone knows please tell me.
I worked it out, he saw my light!

your spirit and light will always lead others to that greater destiation for we are the closest thing to Jesus that they will ever see. Now that is what has been taught to me and one day I hope to believe it as well

If not your light than perhaps your willingness to receive his spirit. When the heart is open the mind will follow. This will happen the more you become spiritual and less religious. The spiritual do not get lost in tradition. Thank you for sharing your experience. Best wishes in life and the contest. Peace in light and love.

Religion attempts to put method on life but there is no method or limits. Thanks for this contest because I had a deeply spiritual experience after writing this that opened my eyes to something I've been asking for a long time: who am I?

Excellent
This is an excellent write. It shows a faith that is not denied in any way as you are open to the world about yourself and what has happened to you. God moves in mysterious ways this I feel being one of them. Through the love in your heart and your faith you where able to guide another home. Best wishes in this contest Brian.
