Just a hollow shell from a melted dawn
Chasing a black rainbow, a tortured soul withdrawn.
Seeking a ghostly lover with darkness in my eyes
Hoping this emphatic rose will once again arise.
Sticky crimson down pours will never show their face
This lonely broken angel won’t disappear without a trace.
As you always will be, you are the perfect fake,
I make sure that I remember it, every time that I awake.
I’ll surrender to love one day of this I am quite sure
Never making the same mistake and all your pain endure.
This lonely broken angel is strong and stands alone
The seams of all our lives have not yet been sewn.
