Every little girl has her Prince Charming.
Every little girl has her Knight in Shining Armor.
So is this what you want me to say?
You are my Prince Charming?
You are my Knight in Shining Armor?
Because you aren’t.
A rock is more charming,
And a door frame has more chivalry.
You are my Prince,
But charming doesn’t suit you.
You are my Knight,
But chivalry belittles you.
You are my fairytale
And my childhood dream.
Author notes
Emotion: Love/enchantment/happiness found (is enchantment considered an emotion?)

Many thanks^^ and I'm happy you liked it, many younger girls get confused, but i think even though you can't say what, you get the point by feeling it.

It's not like a poem you would expect to read due to the title you always do have a way to twist things to make them different in a creative way!!!!
Nice work hun good luck to ya.

I believe fairy tales can happen if want them bad enough. Enchantment is so an emotion, I mean, what would you call teenage love? lust? infatuation? Enchantment can be interchanged with any of these words. You had an awesome write and best of luck to you in the contest
