A nail, of unimaginable length, has invaded my heart
A blast, of unfathomable effect, has shuddered my world
Beyond this I cannot see, I cannot weep,
My sight is numb, my tears dry.
All I can feel is cold
The stone faces of statues
The indescribable lub and dub
I feel no more
I see more, and more
But I yield less, lesser than yesterday
My earthen senses have been taught
To let go to let conceive
As and when as they please
But who will teach me how
How to let the folly unfold?
I agree, I accept, I deny nay a word
I am but a fool
So far and beyond lost in love
So taken by the charms
So immortalized by what may seem
A meaningless crusade against me
I cannot pass
