Get Well Soon

Growing up is hard to do
sometimes our days are tough;
things go wrong, we make a mess
hope next time's not so rough.

Being in a hospital bed
is not the greatest place;
when one gets better, that's okay
they'll soon be back in the race.

Hope that these poems cheer you up
and you'll soon be on the mend;
best wishes from us on this site
in these verses we do send.

A great big hug comes to you
along with huge smiles too;
they say that grin's are contagious
hope that's what these will do.

    this poem I really really enjoyed reading.

    First of all i would like to thank you for entering my contest. Just by doing so, you are giving hope to everyone that this has affected. This is amazing! I love how you made it a collective piece, including everyone on the site! I might, no wait, I AM going to use this as the first poem in the booklet.     Awww it is no fun being sick. I had to be in the hospital for a time. I was in the hospital on and off for six weeks.
