Glorious moments, lost
in solitude. Mindless actions,
paved as portraits. Distinctions,
become right and wrong voice.
Boundless potential, wrapped
in denial. Trialed, by sweet
persecution of self.
Cold, dark corner.
Awaiting light and warmth,
gather friends, as comfort
brings solitudes end.

I love the image in this piece. I used it once, a long time ago, on a web page I did with a poem. Good memories this. I love the wondering look of this little one.
There is much depth in what at first appears a simple verse. You have touched bliss with endings and made solitude the lonely norm. Such a good piece.
Thank you for this dear poet. Best of luck in the judging. ~Pamela
