Vampires loom here, among the ashes,
where bodies lie torn, wrapped in gashes.
Their blissful obscurity twines in every breath,
their unknown presence marked only by death.
They embrace every soul with their midnight kisses,
Leaving nothing behind but empty wishes.

Usually rhyme is forced out, but I've never seen such flow in rhyme as I do here. Wonderful piece.
