I am a mermaid of the sea,
Who can sing so gloriously.
I am a hound who barks all day,
Who knows this life no other way.
I am a star that shines so bright,
Bringing to all a brilliant light.
I am an ocean pure and clear,
That you humans hold so dear.
I am a monster growling fierce,
Who your ears my voice does pierce.
I am a doughnut warm and sweet,
Made of sugar and made of wheat.
I am all that I wish to be,
As long as I can imagine me.
For this pencil can be taught to write.
There's a set of rules that I must fight.

Yes you see the imagination is a wonderful place in the mind that can take you anywhere, and make you anything.
Your still earth bound but your reaching for those places your mind hides. But they exist!
Well done great write!
