That Final Straw

Murder she wrote
Written in red
He pushed her to the limit
Who would have guessed

She was always so sweet
And innocent too
But that murder was all her doing.

Murder she wrote
with that red and silver knife
Now she'll pay that price

But she doesn't care
Cause he pushed her to it
With that final straw
How he blew it

Murder she wrote
She even got away
Murder she wrote
On that dreary March day.
