Blissful

Do hear that?

That noise thumping so loud…

Such a rushing sound

Ceaselessly beating

These fragments are mending

Seams are disappearing

This heart is becoming whole

I couldn't be happier

All this numbness

Has gone away

I am content

And smiling

My stomach hurts

From laughing so freely

He squeezes me close

I am safe

This feeling of excitement

Is so new

I need to believe

This is meant for me

There he is…

Everything I've wanted

For far too long

I can't just walk away

I know it's true

With those blue eyes

So honest and truthful

He could stay sanguine with me

Please tell me what you think

This made me smile, somehow you are always able to do that. My favorite stanza has to be the fourth where your stomach hurts from laughing so freely. It's only strengthened by the following where the feeling is so new you can't believe it, which truly shows how happy you must be. Yet another great poem comprised from the unique, creative mind of A Starrie Night. Kudos to you this piece definitly deserves a turtle
