First wife of the first man
to lay beneath was not her plan
Choosing to make her own way
Eden was left behind that day
Legends of her still reign
speculations from lack of stain
Lore tells of a wind and storm
a bird of prey she was reborn
To feast upon desire and lust
men fell to her charm in disgust
A demon of death and illness
as she brought a crimson stillness
Of course, this is all in translation
in a language that has long been on vacation
Though I see her as the first feminist
on equal ground she wanted us to coexist

if she is the first wife of Adam from the bible she isn't really a godess... right?
But never mind that, I love the poem and I love Lilith ^_^

Yes, I believe she is a Goddess
I wanted to make sure so here is what I found. Thank you for the comment.
Lilith (pronounced lil'ith) was originally the Sumerian Queen of Heaven, A Goddess older than Inanna. The Hebrews took the Goddess and transformed her into the first wife of Adam, who refused to lie beneath him when having intercourse. She insisted that because they were created equal, they needed to have sex equally. When Adam refused, she left him. Thereafter, in Jewish mythology, she was described as a demon.
