Thunder clouds roll slowly
across the dark velvet sky
Firelight dances with shadows
as night creeps through my window
A cold wind blows across the lake
Silent whispers, wrapped in a warm cloak
Your gentle voice, melting my heart
I know the distance we share, my night,
is the rising sun of your morning
When you're not here, the silence lingers
If I am not alone .. where are you?
Hold my breath and close my eyes
One Night! One night with you,
To be entangled in each others arms,
bodies touching, lips meeting
Hear the thunder, feel the lightning
from ankle, to calf, to inner thigh
The climax comming fast!
The secret of us one day will be told
as I ride upon the wings of an angel.

Your imagery is always the best. I really like the way you bring out the visual and the tactile. I can imagine the feeling. I love the lines:
