Sick of the hurt
Fed up with the pain
I need to stand alone
and be proud
Proud of the woman I am
of who I see looking back at me
With a gentle heart and a caring spirit
I need to make choices
that are right for me
not for everyone else
Giving my heart to someone
who clearly doesn't want it
is something I have chosen to do
but that will change
I need to be strong for me
and stop living in a dream
I don't need to waste my time
or my tears any longer
I am ME
and I deserve happiness!!!!!!
