Just when I thought
All My dreams were a Lie
I held my feelings inside myself
Not realizing how it was hurting you
all the glitter
all the glam
Stay in line, don't make a sound
let them hear what they wanna hear
Introduction to misery
pain
The music blasts her ears
and she falls inside herself
Save me from the Nightmares
I've been afraid to long
Swallow the screams back into your ears.
Forget all the memories from all these years.
save your opinion for another day

A really excellent angst poem!!
YES! Amazing, isn't it? Your basic instincts in poetry combine no matter how you roll the dice.
I'm re-reading this poem and WOW, it is cool.
It's like you meant it to be.

On the first line... you want the word "thought."
