The Keys

I find myself in places of old
Where some of my life’s stories are told
I find myself on my house’s porch
The swing still hangs and lit is the torch

For I do not live here anymore
I grew up and then walked out the door
But I still remember every part
This house will always be in my heart

As I pace the floor the wood boards creak
Taunting me as I desperately seek
Surely one of these rooms holds the keys
The very things that shaped what is me

I am soon relaxed as I recall
That the special room that is down the hall
My strides quicken and I reach the place
My special room of sound’s sweet embrace

The door opens and on the back wall
Are the keys that unlock music’s call
I walk to the piano and stare
My fondest memories happened there

The sound is gorgeous, though out of tune
Yet it makes one fuller than the moon
I am enveloped as the notes play
Dazed there, I care not the time of day

‘You, my Love, succeeded where words failed
In emotion you always prevailed
Music is the speech of the divine
You, my Darling key, are all mine

…forever…’

There are a lot of great lines in this poem. I think generally you start off each stanza strong and then the last two rhyming bits seem forced. I think it's definitely worth reworking those few areas. Good job all around though. I also really like the way you ended it, (the last 2 lines in particular) but I don't think you need the word forever there. Personally I would leave it out.
