happiness reminds me of light
witch is so very bright
happiness reminds me of the sun
that shimmers until the day is done
that bright sun shining off my glasses
when ever I lay on the grasses
whenever I block my eyes
in the morning when I'm awake
I strech and rub my eyes
But I'm in for a suprise
then I'd see the sun
I'd jump and clap with glee
and shout "yes, Yippee!
The sun is up! and in the sky
I'd shout to the moon "goodbye goodbye!"
I know a new day has come
A beating in my heart, beating like a drum
and I can't wait for the rest
I just hope for the best
happiness will always remind me the sun
giving me all the fun
all the way through the day
so I can play and play
and when there's no sun I go to sleep
lay there counting sheep
waiting for the sun tomorrow

This was a good poem
.
It really showed about how you feel about sunlight, which is excellent!
It had good rhythm but it didn't rhyme which was required for entering. If you could fix this up, it would be great.
