Beginning another chapter of life
Already the pages are being filled.
Swarming with words that consume,
The once virgin white page.
I'm drowning in the pressures,
That are forced down my throat.
I want time to stop and silence to prevail.
The untold wisdom is expected from me,
But I cannot summon it, for it is a myth.
I used to believe in love and decency,
But they have been replaced by cruelty and condemnation.
One more second of this purgatory,
Could bring me to cracking point.
I have so much upon me,
But so little choices.
I want to be surrounded by white,
Where I can just breathe.
But here it is dark,
Yet blinding and strangling me.
Make it stop!
Beginning of a new chapter,
An all new adventure.
Sorry but I would rather turn back,
To a familiar page.

hmm. not many people wrote about new chapters but this is good. it's kindof sad that the new chapter wasn't a fresh new one, that it was newly sad. but its good.
