Lie in a bed of roses,
with thornes prickling my feet.
Failures swerving around me
countless times I failed to see-
See everything that means to me.
I am falling faster,
Seeing dreams not yet to be.
Drifting closer,
To what I should have been
Almost touching
Never quite there.
So-
Just let me be
