The Fullness of Emptiness

Even though I feel empty

this Emptiness
embraces me
like an unfulfilled Lover:

stroking me
with His sacred sorrow

(I understand)

nagging me
with His neglected needs

(I understand)

decorating me
with His desolated dreams

(I understand)

Talk to me

from your fullness,
Emptiness!

(I am listening)

Fill my lonely hours
with your longing -

I'll fill you
with my Being

myra
