DON"T CHANGE a WORD!
Now this is such a tender poem! Soft touches are so healing and loving..even better than sex. I think you should have called this poem "Trilogy of joy." The touch, the kisses, the nuzzling could go on for hours before consummation. Foreplay, as you describe it here, is the very best. Release lasts on three seconds. The intimacy, without penetration is so special and you write it out with tenderness.
