Drifting, hovering
the moon stays,
it moves, it is.
As I stare at the moon,
that marvolous glowing
ball in the sky,
sinking down
into the depths of the mountains
that line the Earth,
I realize...
oh why didn't I see before?
I realize that
somewhere,
after I let you go,
you are looking at the same sky,
that same majestic moon.
And if that is all I can do
to be with you
that is more than enough for me,
because I realize now,
that I love you,
and should have never let you go.

You have a very unique way of writing poetry! I like it very much. It is hard to realize that once you let something go that you never should have in the first place. I hope ypu win in the contest,or at leastget a high place! Good luck! ^_^
