Sing

Sing simplicity to me

sing me the rhapsody of
rain soothing Earth's wounds
sing the hymn of
trees learning to grow

perform the concerto of
the rippling lake surface
conduct the symphony of
a summer sunrise glow

Sing complexity to me

perform the ballad of
patience with a rival
sing the lullaby of
hope in a child's smile

play me the notes of
a long anticipated tender romance
conduct the harmony of
the beautiful sacred truth

life's music isn't heard
by everyone

I liked what you had to say in this poem, but the repetition & the use of the couplets until the final line just didn't work for me. Rework this poem & change it up. You have good lines here, but maybe go into more aspects of music. :]
