For a second I can feel
Feel the wind, watch it heal
Can't you hear it, can't you see
What this all will mean to me
Watching as the high tides rise
Taking all that I despise
Seeing the world from up above
Watching all that I so love
The lights below do not deceive
When Sun will fall to greet the eve
As the soles of my sneakers leave the ledge
As I myself fall from the edge
For this one moment I will fly
I say ‘I Love You’ and ‘Goodbye’.

A very slight allusion to "Don't Jump" ("Spring Nicht" for you cultured people) by Tokio Hotel in the last line; of course, I think the poem might be from the person whom he's telling not to jump.
