Burning skin
Blood dripping down gravestones
Defying the glaze once given by rain
Blood curdling screams
Tears spearing the dirt with such intensity
Nails ripping back, scratching at the etchings
Bodies turn to ashes; memories turn to dust
Barbed wire choking throats
Rose pedals covering the burning sins
Live and let be, burn emotions away
