When two lovers reunite
After a long day apart
Does the sun sing a
Melody
To the azure sky?
When two hands touch in a
Dance of hearts and souls
Do the flowers keen
Softly
To the life around them?
When two spirits speak
Words of true love
Does the sky laugh
Radiantly
To the world below?
When two bodies meld
In a pledge of their devotion
Do the stars hum
Wild and true
As the night swirls around them?
When two lips touch, and a smile
Shines of the faces they belong to
Does the moon dance
Pearl-bright in the night
To all that lies below it?

Aww wow...this was quite simply written, but I just love it! I love the way you've set it out and the vivid imagery and personification you have used in each stanza. I really appreciate you taking the time and effort to enter the contest - I am sure my parents will too
take care and good luck! x
