~Someday~

Gliding fingertips
softly, across

burgandy frost,

devoting imprints
emerge
from silhouette dreams;
flickering love’s embers to kindle,
flurries of pampered passion

tingling sensations
butterfly
a moment
into sigh,
bestowing my lips memories
to curl with desire

bittersweet barricades of distance
deepens the sadness of reality;
yet tenderness remains,
constant in comfort

remembering
just one sweet kiss
from our
inseparable souls

echoes my heart
to
hope

for someday~

    The poetess writes with emotion of a reality many of us go through in life and her feelings reflect such hope that others also feel deep within their hearts. A beautiful poem that holds a depth of sadness as love should be felt by all. (HM)

    This is so very beautiful and filled with hope shining through the tears...
    I can relate to this in so many ways and I think we all can at one time or another when waiting for that "someday"
    Gorgeous poem. I am happy that you were so inspired by Tim's beautiful piece to write such an amazing poem! ...
