Love is sometimes far
When you love someone
You always show that you care
You give your love this compassionate look
To show that you love them
You look your love straight in their eyes and say
"You are my love my life"
I will always love you from my heart
Together forever
I have loved you from the start
Always show you really care
Is to give a kiss on their lips
One that they will always remember
You have to show greater love every day
In a way that's romantic and nice
Romantic in which your love will remember
all the time!

This is a cute and sweet poem. However, there seemed to be an inconsistant flow (but it could just be the way I read it) and grammar/spelling mistakes took away from the beauty of this poem. Keep writing! Good luck.
