Serene Calm

Clouds float through the azure sky
fish swim down below,
crystal clear waters
such brilliant beauty they show.

Sunset makes the perfect picture
another day has passed by,
awaiting for the warmth of tomorrow
and look toward the sky.

Serene calm, at it's very best
time to sit and take a rest.

I didn't look at the picture, but it wasn't necessary, a poem should be able to stand on its own...and yours does. What I want is a lawn chair to sit out under the sky and watch the clouds drift by...and that's what your poem provides.

I imagine the picture to be

I don't see the picture, but from what i've read
If I connect the dots, I'll unravel whats said
a lake in the picture, the water dead calm
a single fish jumping, a bird sings its song
clouds are billowing, about half of the sky
sitting on a dock, lifes a wonderful high
mountains in the background, snow on the top
two watching a sunset, behind the peakss drop
