God Morning, God

God morning God, it's me again.
The sun is up, and so am I
As I walk another day towards heaven
And live this day for all that it is.

You gave me a good nights rest
And a sunrise to wake me up today,
So I know that I am really blessed
And have all the more reason to thank you.

So, good morning, and thanks for everything
That You have given me, that I am here today.
I don't know what all is happening,
But I love You and trust You, all the same
